Gaelforce is coming to Dublin!
We have had great success with our training weekends at Killary so we thought we would bring them to Dublin in 2012. We will still be running 2 days training weekends in Killary but we will now also be running them in Dublin.
These training days will be divided into two levels;
So whether you are a complete beginner or would like to get a faster time, we have a training day or weekend for you!

As all our instructors are all adventure racers, (Brian and Chris have raced on the Irish Team) they will be able to give you invaluable tips on gear, diet, race day calorie consumption, bike mechanics, tyre choice and many other tips that perhaps regular fitness trainers may not be too familiar with.
