Multi Entry Explained

We are aware that many of you partake in a number of our events each year. We appreciate it and want to reward you for your custom by now offering discounts for multi entries.

This will work in two ways:

1. Entering a number of events at the same time:

If you enter multiply events at the same time you will receive a discount as follows:

Enter 2 events - receive 5% Discount

Enter 3 events - receive 10% Discount

Enter all 4 events - receive 15% Discount

This discount will be calculated automatically and you do not need a promo code.

2. Entering a number of events at different times during the year:

If you are planning to enter an event this year and not sure whether you will be able to partake in another event in the year, make sure that you keep your confirmation email from the first event that you have entered.

This will contain your 5% discount promo code for when you enter your second event.

On entering your second event:

Choose your event.
Enter your email address and press send token.
A Code will be sent to your email address. Place this code in the token section and click retrieve.
This will bring up all your details - Please check carefully that all these details are still correct and answer the questions in regards to this new event.
In the confirmation section there is a box for Promo codes. Enter the code that you would have received in the confirmation email from your first entry. Make sure to click "Get Discount"
This will give you a 5% discount on your entry.

NB: You must keep your own confirmation emails safe. We will not be forwarding on peoples confirmation emails if they have mislaid them and will not reissue discount codes if you lose them.

Extra Note on Gaelforce North

If you choose to enter Gaelforce North, the price will automatically come up as €85. You will later be asked to choose whether you want to compete the the longer GFN course or the sprint course.If you choose the sprint course the price will adjust to €63. You will then be asked whether you want to take the bus option or option two - get drop to the start line. If you choose to get dropped to the start line the system will automatically recalculate your entry fee based on the €10 reduction on the fee. It is very important to note that there is no parking at the start line, it is a drop off area only so you must have someone who is willing to drop you off on the morning of the event. Remember this may be quite early depending on your wave!!
