Sprint Course Details - New for 2012
The course will start and finish at the same points as the longer course. The main differences are that the cycle is shorter, the kayak section is shorter and that you only have to go to the shoulder of Errigal rather than to the summit.
We will have more information maps available in the coming months.
To enter the new sprint course, tick the Gaelforce North box as normal and choose the sprint course after you have entered your personal details. This will also bring the cost down to the correct amount.

Stage 1: Trail and Road Run |

Stage 2: Cycling You will collect your bike in Glenveagh National Park. Always obey rules of the road.This is a challenging cycle to the bottom of Errigal. |

Stage 3: Mountain Run/Hike and cycle This is up to the shoulder (approximately half way up) of Mount Errigal and back down. You must reach the base of Errigal by 3pm otherwise you will not be allowed to climb it. Short cycle to the lake along the road. |
