Event schedule

Pre event

Get yourself entered online. You can choice to enter just the trail run or kayak, both or the family activities.

Registration

Registration will be held at Killary Adventure Centre from 10.30am - 1.30pm.

Kayak Drop

After you have registered you can leave your kayak down to the watersite where the start line will be. They can be dropped between 10.30am - 1.30pm. There will be limited parking in this area so we ask that you try and be as quick as possible.

Only kayaks can be left – competitors must bring BAs and paddles with them just before they race.

Start time

The race will start at 2pm at the watersite. We may stagger the start time if there are large numbers but there will only be short gaps between waves.

Competitors must be at the water site, gear on and ready to go by 1.45pm.

* For rugby fans, dont worry you will be finished by kick off!

Kayak Pick up

All kayaks must be collected by 5pm.

The prize giving and BBQ (weather depended, buffet dinner otherwise) will be held in the centre from 6pm. Cost of BBQ is €10 per person.
