Dublin Training Days Kit List
January Training Days:
We will be providing all your kayaking equipment but you will need to bring your swimming togs, towel and shoe you don't mind getting very wet. Also bring normal running gear, include lightweight jacket.
Febuary & March Training Days:
Bring running and cycling gear include waterproof breathable jacket.
We recommend you bring a complete change of clothes for the cycling in case you get wet in the morning
A light lunch is provided but you may want to bring a top up! Especially recommend hot drinks in flasks.
April Training Days:

Killary Training Weekends Kit List
We recommend you bring with you the following items of clothing and equipment to help make your training weekend as comfortable as possible. The weather on the West coast proves to be completely unpredictable so be prepared for everything from hail to blazing sun!
Beginners Training Weekend
- Rain Jacket & Trousers (VERY IMPORTANT)
- Runners and running gear that you feel comfortable in.
- Swimwear for underneath wet suits for kayaking and towel. We provide all your kayaking equipment.
- Cycling gear and your own bike if you have one. We can provide a bike for you ot use on the training weekend if you do not have one available to you. Let us know upon booking if one is required.
- Walking boots if you have them, if not your runners will do fine.
Intermediate Training Weekend
- Rain Jacket & Trousers (VERY IMPORTANT)
- Runners and running gear that you feel comfortable in.
- Swimwear for underneath wet suits for kayaking and towel. We provide all your kayaking equipment.
- Cycling gear and your own bike.
- Walking boots if you have them for Croagh Patrick on the Sunday, if not your runners will do fine.
