EVENT SCHEDULE

The deadline to check your postal address is 1 June 2023.

Race numbers will be posted to Irish residents on 8 June 2023. You should receive them by 15 June 2023.

If you are an international competitor, we will keep your race number. Please email us as to where you will be dropping your bike off on the 16 June so that we can have your race number for you.

There will be information/registration desks at the two bike drop off areas on Friday the 16 June, only. There will be no registration on the day so please sort all queries out on Friday, 16 June.
1. Westport skate park (the finish line)
2. Delphi Adventure Resort (bike drop off/transition area for the race)

There will unfortunately be no changing of waves for this event.

Bike Drop:
This will be at Delphi on Friday the 16 June 2023 from 4pm to 10pm only.

Bike Transfer (this is a paid service that can be booked when you register):
In Westport on Friday the 16 June 2023 from 5pm to 9pm only.

Kindly note that there is a very limited bike drop on Saturday morning. If you did this it would mean a very early start. You would need to drop off your bike at Delphi an hour and 15min before the bus leaves from Westport to give yourself enough time to find parking and get yourself ready. Please email info@gaelforceevents.com if you are going to drop off your bike in the morning of the 17 June.

We would strongly advise that you drop off your bike on Friday at either of the two locations to save yourself last-minute stress.

This schedule is subject to change. Full schedule will be posted here and emailed to all registered competitors 1 week before the event date.

There are only two places spectators can cheer on their loved ones or friends.

  1. The first place is at the Killary Adventure Centre water site. Please note that the parking is behind the main reception building of the adventure center and it is a 1km walk to the water site, no cars are allowed down to the water site.
  2. The second place is at the finish line but there is no parking. However, there is plenty of parking in Westport itself and the finish line is only 500m from the center of town. We would be delighted to have you there to cheer them over the finish line.

Please note we are very sorry but no spectators are allowed on Croagh Patrick and spectators will be turned around at Liscarney if found trying to do so. This is both for your safety and the safety of our competitors.

We thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
